On what terms this site is used
Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses Birana TET. They are meant to be read, so they are written in ordinary sentences rather than in the usual capital letters.
Last updated 3 October 2026
1Who you are dealing with#
Birana TET is operated by the EaglesDigiTech team, from Sainthia in Birbhum district, West Bengal, India. EaglesDigiTech is founded and owned by Birbal Nag, who is responsible for this site; the same banner covers the team’s other sites, each with its own terms. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2Your account#
- An account is for one person. Please do not share it — shared accounts make the performance figures meaningless, which is most of what an account is for.
- Use an email address you can actually receive mail at: verification and password resets go there, and there is no other way to recover an account.
- Choose a password of at least ten characters and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Repeated failed sign-ins lock an account for a period. This protects you, and it is not a penalty.
3What you may do with the content#
Everything here is for your own exam preparation: read it, practise with it, print a page for yourself, quote a line with a link back.
What you may not do is take it wholesale — bulk copying, scraping, or republishing the syllabus breakdown, the study material or the question bank, in print, in an app or on another site, whether or not it is sold. A great deal of work goes into writing and checking this material, and it is what the site is.
4Who owns what#
The written material, the syllabus breakdown and the practice questions on this site were written for it, and they belong to the operator.
Previous-year paper questions belong to the Boards that set them. They appear here, attributed to their year and paper, so that candidates can study from them. Nothing on this site claims ownership of a Board’s paper, its syllabus or its name.
6If a payment goes wrong#
If money is taken and Premium is not granted, you choose: the term is granted, or the payment is refunded in full. That is the one case here where the fault is certainly ours, and it is settled on your terms.
Write from the address the account uses, with the payment id from your receipt. You get a reply within three working days. Never send a card number, a CVV, an OTP or a password — nobody here will ask for one, and anyone who does is not us.
7Advertising#
There is no advertising on this site at present. If it is introduced, the adverts will be supplied and chosen by an advertising network rather than by us, and their appearance will not be a recommendation of what they are selling.
What will not change: nothing written here is for sale. No advertiser has bought, or will be able to buy, a mention in the study material, the syllabus, the practice questions or the official updates. The privacy policy describes the cookies advertising would bring with it, and how to switch the personalising off.
8What this site does not promise#
It does not promise that you will qualify. Eligibility, the qualifying mark and selection are decided by the Boards under their own rules, and nothing here influences them.
It does not promise that every figure is current. Dates, notices and patterns are checked against the Board’s own documents before publishing, but a Board can change them at any time. Where something is provisional it is marked as provisional, and the Board’s notification always prevails over this site.
9Availability#
The site is run by a small team and offered as it is. There is no guaranteed uptime, and pages, features and plans may change or be withdrawn as the site develops.
A mock test in progress is timed on the server. If you lose your connection the clock keeps running, because that is what makes the timing honest — the answers that reached the server are kept.
10Ending an account#
You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time, and deletion is permanent.
An account may be suspended or removed if it is used to take the content in bulk, to interfere with the service, or by someone the account does not belong to.
11Grievances#
Birbal Nag, who founded and owns EaglesDigiTech, is the grievance officer for this site and answers complaints himself. A complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and settled within one month.

12Law#
These terms are governed by the law of India. The site is operated from Sainthia in Birbhum district, West Bengal, and the courts at Birbhum, West Bengal are the ones to take a dispute about these terms to.
If you are a consumer, that does not take anything away from you. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 lets a consumer complain to the forum where they live or work, and a clause on a website cannot remove a right an Act gives you — so if you would rather go to the forum where you are, you can.
13Changes and contact#
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Anything unclear here is worth an email — the wording can be fixed.
